Most men invest a few focused hours up front for intake, lab review, and your first roadmap call. After that it is minutes a day to execute the plan. We build everything around a full schedule and start with the changes that move the needle most, so you feel progress without overhauling your whole life at once.

How much does the program cost?

The investment varies based on your involvement level. It's a premium program for serious men, with different phases to suit your goals. If cost is your only concern, Forged may not be the right fit.

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website forgedmenshealth.com and the programs, content, community, communications, and services offered by Forged Mens Health LLC (“Forged Mens Health,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Please read these Terms carefully. By accessing our website, subscribing to our newsletter, joining our community, booking a consultation, or purchasing any program or service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS AND ELIGIBILITY

By using our website or services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally able to enter into a binding agreement. Our services are intended for adults only. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our website or services.

2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES

Forged Mens Health offers men’s health coaching and education, including:

A newsletter and email/SMS communications delivered through GoHighLevel (GHL).
A paid community hosted on ClientClub.
Consultations and program services scheduled and managed through PracticeBetter.
Educational content, coaching, and tiered premium coaching programs that may include guidance on hormone optimization, supplementation, advanced lab interpretation, nutrition, and exercise.

The specific services, deliverables, and access included in each program are described at the point of purchase and, where applicable, in a separate program or services agreement.

4. COACHING AND EDUCATION ONLY

Forged Mens Health provides men's health coaching and education on a national basis. The services offered through Forged Mens Health are limited to coaching, education, and general wellness guidance, and do not include the practice of medicine.

Forged Mens Health does not diagnose conditions; prescribe medications, peptides, hormones, or other regulated items; or provide medical treatment. Any decisions about medications, supplements, peptides, hormone-related interventions, or treatment should be made with your own licensed healthcare provider, and if you require medical care, seek it from an appropriately licensed provider in your state.

5. THIRD-PARTY PRODUCTS AND COMMERCIAL RELATIONSHIPS

We may recommend or refer you to third-party products and providers. You are under no obligation to purchase through any recommended source, and you may obtain comparable products elsewhere.

FULLSCRIPT (SUPPLEMENTS)

We use Fullscript as a dispensary for supplement recommendations. We have a commercial relationship with Fullscript and may earn compensation (including affiliate commissions or dispensing margin) when you purchase supplements through it. This relationship does not increase your cost compared to Fullscript’s standard pricing and does not affect what we recommend.

We do not manufacture, control, or guarantee the products, formulations, fulfillment, shipping, or quality of any third-party provider, including Fullscript. Those products and services are governed by the third party’s own terms, policies, and warranties. Any claim relating to a third-party product should be directed to that third party.

6. NO GUARANTEED RESULTS

Health outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including your individual physiology, adherence to recommendations, and other lifestyle and medical factors. We do not guarantee any specific result, outcome, or level of improvement from our programs, coaching, content, or recommendations. Any examples, testimonials, or outcomes referenced in our materials are illustrative and are not a promise or guarantee that you will achieve the same results.

7. PAYMENT AND REFUND POLICY

Program pricing is presented at the point of purchase. By enrolling, you agree to pay the applicable fees for the program or service you select.

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any program, service, consultation, or community access, in whole or in part, once purchased. This no-refund policy applies regardless of usage or non-usage, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

8. ACCEPTABLE USE AND COMMUNITY CONDUCT

Our community on ClientClub is provided for the benefit of our members. By participating, you agree that you will not:

Harass, threaten, demean, or abuse other members or staff.
Post content that is unlawful, defamatory, hateful, sexually explicit, or otherwise inappropriate.
Share, resell, or redistribute paid content, materials, or community access with non-members.
Provide medical advice to other members or hold yourself out as a provider.
Post spam, advertising, or solicitations without our permission.
Violate the privacy of other members, including by sharing their personal or health information.

We may remove content and suspend or terminate access for any member who violates these rules, at our discretion.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content provided through Forged Mens Health — including text, materials, protocols, course and program content, videos, graphics, logos, and other materials — is owned by or licensed to Forged Mens Health LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use this content for your own personal use in connection with the services you have purchased. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, resell, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written permission.

10. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our website, content, and services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that our website or services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that any particular result will be achieved.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

We may suspend or terminate your access to our website, community, or services at our discretion, including for violation of these Terms or our community rules, for non-payment, or where we believe continued service is not appropriate or lawful. You may discontinue use of our services at any time. Termination does not entitle you to a refund, consistent with Section 7. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law — will survive.

14. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. The parties agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us at chad@mail.forgedmenshealth.com. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, you agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services will be resolved through binding arbitration administered in Arizona under the rules of a recognized arbitration body, or, where arbitration does not apply, in the state or federal courts located in Arizona, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. Each party will bear its own costs except as otherwise required by law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our website or services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
